I love to create and I am also terrified of putting myself out there, but it's the little things that make life memorable. I'm sitting outside of my lecture hall right now, and I started to feel a little sentimental. If I close my eyes I can remember the small details of the last trip I took to Costa Rica. I miss the feeling I get when I'm with my family on the beach eating fruit while listening to music. Anyway, a while back I wrote a poem for a class dedicated to my beautiful country, this felt like the perfect time to share it, I hope you all enjoy it :)

Your Sweet Phrase

Pura Vida!

How sweet a phrase

that reminds me of

this beautiful place.

Oh, how I wish

I can feel your grace,

along with your sun's warm embrace.

Costa Rica,

How've you been?

it's been too long,

but not too late,

to still say your

beautiful phrase.
